Sometimes, we say that we Chinese neglect our traditional holidays, then why celebrating all those foreign ones?
有时，我们说中国人忽略了我们的传统节日，那为什么我们还过这些国外节日呢？
But the truth is, there are all kinds of business celebrations in the shops, on the stands, all over your houses, and these make us very very hard to neglect the importance of foreign holidays.
事实是，商店里，货架上，到处都有各种各样的商业促销，这些很难让我们忽略掉国外节日的重要性。
The aged people around us or coming into big cities from their villages don't know much about holidays, fashionable and foreign, but they do go to supermarkets for daily necessities. Seeing all kinds of decorations for Halloween or Christmas, they are actually part of that.
身边的或者来自农村的老年人们并不知道这些流行的国外节日，但是他们会去超市购买日常生活品。看到为了庆祝万圣节或者圣诞节的各种装饰，他们实际上也在参与了这国外节日。
